Appearance: Looks like a 25 years old guy, with a fit but slender figure that would suggest he works out to keep in shape. His hair is light pink, short, uneven and on the curly side, with blue eyes and very pale skin. He prefers informal but modern clothing, along with bold colors. He's usually very cold to the touch.

Notes: He's a vampire! But he feels and pings as a normal human for some ~mysterious~ reason. He feeds on fresh human blood and bodily fluids. He can do mind control, too. Traditional methods to kill vampires won't work on him. Let me know if you don't want him to use his mind control on your character for any reason or if it wouldn't work on them.

Morgen is a non-undead emotional vampire who feeds on shame; any attempt to control his emotions with mind control will ping him, and any attempt to increase or decrease shame or embarrassment will fail, but hypnosis and implanted suggestions will work fine. He pings to some, but not all, vampires as being vampiric; totally your call.

I am fine with his blood being drunk too, though he is usually drunk by lunchtime if that matters at all.

Hana doesn't get pings at all so he won't notice Morgen is a vampire unless he's told tbh. Good to know! He's free to feed on Hana, too.

Jun has a more low-key mind control ability himself (more of the suggestive kind), so that... might conflict? Cancel out? Possibly.
